The Matt Roberts Running Clinic
The objective of the running clinic is to make sure that you are running the very best way that you possibly can. There is much written about the perfect way to run, be it forefoot, mid-foot, barefoot or heel-strike.
There is actually no one way of running it is about finding the best style of run for every individual. Our biomechanical and gait analysis process allows us to find the strengths and weaknesses in your run and program you to run better and avoid injury.
